1. Refer a Friend: If you’re a satisfied customer of Arctic Air Conditioning, spread the word to your friends, family, co-workers and neighbors about our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and garage door services.
2. Referral Rewards: When your referral results in a completed job with Arctic Air Conditioning, both you (the referrer) and your friend (the referee) will receive a generous reward based on the total value of the job:
   • Jobs $3,000 and over: You and your referee will each receive a $200 credit.
   • Jobs $1,000 – $2,999: You and your referee will each receive a $50 credit.
   • Jobs $1000 under: You and your referee will each receive a $25 credit.
3. How to Redeem: To redeem your referral reward, simply share this referral form with your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers. Make sure they provide your name as the referrer.
4. Spread the Word: There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so spread the word far and wide to maximize your rewards. Plus, your friends and family will thank you for recommending a trusted provider like Arctic Air Conditioning.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Referees must be new customers. Referrers must have an existing customer account with Arctic Air Conditioning. The referral program form has to be completed prior to the new customer’s job being scheduled to qualify.
• Rewards: Valid for the first completed job per new customer. Issued as credits for future jobs, non-transferable, and no cash value.
• Unlimited Referrals: No limit on the number of referrals, but rewards apply only to the first job per new customer.
• Verification: Rewards are subject to verification and approval by Arctic Air Conditioning. Rewards will only be issued after the referee’s job has been completed.
• Service Area: Both referrers and referees must reside within the service area.
• Exclusions: Cannot be combined with other offers or used for membership programs. Valid for service calls.
• Program Changes: Arctic Air Conditioning may modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
